I have tested a candle made this way and it was fine when burnt down.<BR/><BR/>I am not sure if you have used wax paper, but most candles these days burn down through the middle of the candle making them a little safer.<BR/><BR/>If in doubt you could always hollow out the top of the candle and insert a tealight!<BR/><BR/>I always recommend when making them to not leave them burning unsupervised just in case!!!<BR/><BR/>I hope this has helped in some way :-)<BR/><BR/>Michelle<BR/>x <BR/>(shelliestamps on ILWS)Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00094530039094699171noreply@blogger.com
